• Company Formation
If you wish to set up your own business in Thailand we can help.
Capital of 2 million allows you to obtain a work permit.
If you wish to do business in Thailand the simplest way is to form your own company. You can thus control your visas work permits and the business all together. We can even handle your accounting to make sure the company remains compliant with all the Thai law.

• Non Immigrant B
This visa enables you to apply for a work permit.
You require a company registered in Thailand to offer you employment.
You can apply for this visa outside Thailand and will be issued with a single entry non immigrant B(unless you already have a work permit, in this case you can receive a multi entry 1 year non B)
If you intend to work in Thailand and are not married to a thai national you will need to be on this class of visa.

• Work permits
Visa required; Non Immigrant B visa or Spouse visa
If you intend to work in Thailand you must have a work permit. This is for any kind of work, whether you are receiving payment or not. If you are working in Thailand without a work permit you can expect a large fine, prison and even deportation.
If you are interested in working here, the easiest way is to set up your own company and you can obtain a work permit through that company. We also provide full company formation and thus can help with all aspects of your new business.

•Retirement Visas
Requirements; 50 years or older.
800,000 baht in a Thai bank Account (1st year 2 months in bank,  after that 3months before every year)
A pension certified by the issuing country
A combination of funds in a bank account and a pension.
You can change from a tourist or 30 day stamp for this visa.

• Non immigrant
There are various types of non immigrant visas.
ED visa, for students up to 50 years old. You must be attending a Certified Thai institution which provides you with tuition. You will need to be on a non immigrant visa, if not you can leave the county to apply at an outside embassy.
Non 0 visa, these visas are mainly used as ‘follow visas’
For example a parent following their childs ED visa or a husband following their wife’s retirement.
There are more non immigrants for example for religious visits and journalists, as well as investors but these are not very common.

• Marriage visas
Married to a Thai national
400,000 in a thai bank account
Have a non immigrant 0 visa, from outside.
You can change the visa only in Bangkok (if not on a non 0 visa)

• International driving license
You need to have a non immigrant visa, you will also need a residence certificate, and a medical.
